Dear all,

This Thurday's lecture will engage you in an exploratory exercise addressing shared resource management. For this purpose we will use an online calendaring service which is available from the link

To access this service, you should have a gmail account. Please create one as you are going to be making extensive use of the calendaring service for assignments and project-based work.

George Ktistakis who has been developing the service, will present to you the basic functionality and I will guide you through the way in which we are going to be usiing it for the rest of the course.

In the folder 00_1st Assignmnet, I have uploaded templates and guidelines for preparing the 1st assignment. The powerpoint template is to be used to present your work in the class for review. Please follow the guidelines and prepare your draft paper using the word template. Later on, during the reviews I will also notify you of the review form to be completed.
