Tomorrow we start at 930am welcoming also the Erasmus students that will join us in the class.

Regarding the time of the class I need to keep them on Monday mornings. However, I spoke with my colleagues and I will be offering extra classes on Thursdays afternoon (not all Thursdays there will be anouncement). These extra classes will be probably online.

Υπενθύμιση για αυτούς που ενδιαφέρονται να βελτιώσουν τον βαθμό και να περάσουν το μάθημα θα πρέπει να στείλουν τουλάχιστον την 2η και 3η εργασία μέχρι το τέλος της εξεστατικής Σεπτέμβρη. Προυπόθεση να έχει κάνει και την παρουσίαση του μαθήματος τον Ιούλιο.

Ετοίμασα αυτή την ενότητα για να μπορεί κανεις να αρχίσει να προγραμματίζει σε Python εφαρμογές επεξεργασίας εικόνας και υπολογιστικής όρασης.

Σήμερα το μάθημα θα εστιάσει σε 3D/4D ανάλυση ιατρικών εικόνων (υπάρχει σχετικό υλικό στο φάκελο εργαστήριο).

Διευκρίνιση για την Άσκηση Α.2

Ο κώδικας που θα φτιάξετε θα χρησιμοποιεί από έτοιμες συναρτήσεις matlab μόνο τη συνάρτηση median της matlab οποία μας δίνει τη μεσαία τιμή ενός συνόλου. Για παράδειγμα αν κάνουμε τα παραδείγματα που έχουν αναλυθεί στη θεωρία (παρακαλώ να διαβάστε την 3^η και 4^η διάλεξη) και ορίσετε A=[4 3 5 8 2]; στη matlab, τότε το median(A) θα σας δώσει 4 ενώ αν A=[4 3 5 8 2 6]; τότε το median(A) θα σας δώσει 4.5
