An aim of the lecture is to explain composition of cross-cultural competencies and pecularities of their development.

Learning outcomes of the lecture:

- to develope knowledge about composition of cross-cultural competences;

- to explain knowledge and skills of cross-culturaly competent individual;

- to explain cross-cultural competences development and use within an institution.
