The course is mainly intended for MSc and PhD students with a background in Electromagnetics. Understanding of advanced concepts of electromagnetic fields and electromagnetic radiation and propagation, advanced antenna structure and design, and advanced theory and practice of wireless systems and links and associated measurement methods and their use in modern telecommunications systems, are the main topics of this course.

Based on the latest literature and especially on selected articles that will be presented, the students should have a much deeper understanding in particular subjects at antennas, wireless systems and links, and methods of measurement used in practice, which play an important role in modern telecommunications. The students, with collective or individual tasks that they will submit before the end of the academic semester, will get more theoretical and practical experience in the above topics.
