Presentions of final projects

Dear all,
We need to start the presenations of the final projects. The proposed slots are either early in the morning or between 3-5pm. We need to discuss this asap and book the time slots. It is also possible to present FTF.
Please start suggesting half an hour slots in the same excel. If I am unavailable at a slot we'll need to rebook.
